Can I donate to Safe House?
Donations are appreciated and we are totally dependent on them to continue operating. Please also see our Wish List of items we are always in need of and learn how you can help this mission. Safe House is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
Can I volunteer?
YES! We always need volunteers! Please tell us how you’d like to help!
Can you come remove/pick-up stray animals?
We are not an animal control facility, pound, or city shelter. We will not pick-up nor remove animals. Please read about Trap-Neuter-Return as the effective, humane solution to community cats.
I can’t keep my pet, will you take her?
Unfortunately we cannot take pets from the public because when we do, that means one less endangered pet we can take from animal control. We can provide you with information on how you can re-home a pet, or give advice on common problems that cause some people to believe they cannot keep a pet.
