Pocus is estimated to be about 8 months old as of May, 2025.  She found herself in a trap during a TNR project; not spayed, not chipped, she showed us she was socialized and was brought into rescue.  Pocus is timid on approach at first but loves her pets, snuggling and toys.  She will need a segregated area at first in her new home and patience as she adjusts and learns to trust.  Once she knows she won't hurt you, she is all about love!  She's a soft, fluffy, beautiful black panther who has lived with many other cats.  She will be a fine addition.  Adopt Pocus today.  Approved applications will be contacted within 48 hours.

  • We also have a kitten special - adopt 2 available kittens (1 year & under) for $125

While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat.  Our cats are shown by appointment - we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours.

If you are interested in adopting or would like to meet our cats, please fill out our adoption application online at www.safehousepets.org/info/adoption and a volunteer will contact you promptly.
