If you're working for home or just playing it safe by practicing social distancing, now is a perfect time to bring a new furry family member into the fold. Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact.

If you have never experienced the love of a Pitbull, you must meet Tinker. Tinker's life was not always as good as it is now. This poor sweet girl, was left behind when her family moved away. She was left in the backyard, tied to a tree for over a week,with no food or water. Thank goodness a neighbor finally noticed her looking through the fence. She was taken into animal control, she was skin & bones. She weighed around 32 pds. She was the happiest girl ever, the day she came to Safe House & her foster mom came to pick her up. She was all love & kisses, her whole poor, skinny body wagging with her tail in excitement. She has been in foster for about 3 weeks now, and is doing fabulous. She now weighs 43 pds, is heathy, and full of energy. She is a beautiful Chocolate & white color. She loves everyone in the house, from the 5 yr old twins, to her 3 other doggie pals. She goes with the family's teenage daughter on 4 mile runs. She enjoys playing & running in the yard. She also loves cuddling on the couch. Tinker will make a fabulous family dog. She is only about 1 yr old, so has lots of puppy energy, and is looking for a family who can love, play with & spoil her. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm. All dogs have a $150 adoption fee. All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Our adoption fee structure is as follows:

 

• $75 - Kittens/Young (Up to 1 year)
• $50 - Adult (1 Year +)
• $25 - Senior (7 Years +)
• $0 - FIV +
• There is an additional $25 fee for cats considered to be an "Exotic" (Siamese, Persian, etc...)
• If you are a senior (65 years or older) you can adopt any of our senior cats (7 years or older) for only $10! Please mention this special when applying.
• We also have a kitten special - adopt 2 available kittens (1 year & under) for $125

While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat.  Our cats are shown by appointment - we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours.
