Domestic Short Hair : : Female : : Adult If you're working for home or just playing it safe by practicing social distancing, now is a perfect time to bring a new furry family member into the fold. Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact.
Buffy's former owner was moving, and decided the best course of action would be to euthanize Buffy because they didn't want to take her along. Seems fair, right? She had only lived for 3 years with her kitty sister (who the owners kept) and her family since she was 5 weeks old. It's not like they were bonded... But we digress... The vet she was taken to asked if they could save her instead and the owner agreed. Right now Buffy has a lot of trust issues. This experience has been hard on her. She was quite cranky, unhappy with other cats and especially with people. Slowly she's come around; now she's a wonderful little cuddler who even jumps up in her foster's arms when she reaches for her. (all on her own terms, of course!) She's still a little reserved, but a real sweetheart once she trusts her people; she'll be best in an adult home, or where the kids are old enough to respect her independent streak! All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Our adoption fee structure is as follows: While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat.
Our cats are shown by appointment - we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours.
If you are interested in adopting or would like to meet our cats, please fill out our adoption application online at
